Students from the Victorian College of the Arts are taking over of Science Gallery Melbourne with a magical array of sonic and performance interventions.

Over 40 sonic and performance-based artists have commandeered Science Gallery Melbourne, taking over the building for a special 3-hour event. Deep dive into the unseen, the unknown and the unspoken with a large scale and immerse installation, shadow puppetry, public art interventions, comedic tour guides, spoken word performances and acts of endurance. These interventions are in response to the Dark Matters exhibition and ask- will  we will ever fully understand the forces at play in our own lives?

This project is a collaboration with Bachelor of Fine Arts (Theatre) & Faculty of Fine Arts and Music, as a part of a student takeover event.
