ABOUT THE ARTIST
Briony Barr is a visual artist whose work explores process-based drawing, systems thinking and emergence within generative parameters. Interdisciplinary research and collaboration are fundamental to Briony’s practice and she collaborates with fellow artists, scientists, writers, musicians, community groups and the general public on diverse projects ranging from large-scale participatory drawings to live-art and performance, to educational workshops, picture books and graphic novels. Since 2009 she has set up more than 100 collaborative drawings with different creative parameters.
