RECORD IT!

Step up to the mic and take a turn at producing your own podcast.

What are you listening to? If you’re like 40% of Australians, chances are it’s a podcast!

Audio production and podcasting are growing industries, where anyone can step in and share what they care about with the world. In this module, students will learn about the audio entertainment industry, what makes for a good podcast, and how to use editing software.

Students will then work in small teams to create and edit their very own podcast episode.

We love hearing students create podcasts reflecting on our current exhibitions, but they could also focus on learnings they’ve gained throughout any of our Inspire modules. Or, why not get your students to make a podcast about their current unit of study back at school?

The best bit of this module in our opinion is getting to share these podcasts with your school community afterwards, so we’ll always make sure you are sent all the recordings.
