London, Dublin, Melbourne - talk'n science & the future

In September 2016 The Hon Linda Dessau AM, Governor of Victoria joined the Science Gallery crew in London and Dublin for a series of big ideas.

In each location we brought together a cohort of young and ambitious female scientists, ready to take on the future and a bunch of movers and shakers in arts and science. We were delighted to be joined by University of Melbourne PhD student Jess Vovers and our Creative Director Dr Ryan Jefferies.

The events included a hard hat tour of the super-impressive London Science Gallery space with Dr Daniel Glaser and visits to Science Gallery Dublin and the Google innovation precinct with Lynn Scarff.

It's awesome to have a Governor who is passionate about science, the knowledge economy and shares our aim to bring a very Melbourne flavour to the network.
