Remember the game where someone starts writing a story, they fold over the top of the paper leaving only one sentence visible, and it’s passed on and on around the group until the page is full? Call it Consequences, Exquisite Corpse, the writey-drawy-foldy-pass-it-on-game — whatever you like.

Well, we wanted to know what that game would sound like, and we’ve called our audio version Phone Tag.

Each weekday a member of the Science Gallery Melbourne family receives and responds to an audio prompt. At the end of the week, it’s revealed in full like a big, beautiful and crazy audio essay, with music and an interview with the originator of the story.

Hosted by Science Gallery Melbourne Curator Tilly Boleyn, it’s produced by Claire Farrugia and Susie Anderson.

Theme music by Podington Bear/Sound of Picture with additional music by Justin Tam.
