Indigenous Design Workshop

Expanding on the Eel Trap project from DISPOSABLE, Science Gallery Melbourne is delivering cross-curriculum workshops with artist Mitch Mahoney and First Nations Mediators to introduce high school students to Indigenous innovations. Created and led by young Indigenous people, students attending these workshops will consider Indigenous perspectives, with a particular focus on sustainable land management, to inspire them to create their own innovations which reflect Aboriginal ways of seeing and interacting with Country that tackle modern environmental challenges.

To book your students into this workshop, and for more information, please contact our Education & Outreach Manager Claire Farrugia - claire.farrugia@unimelb.edu.au
