Students are taken on a facilitator-led experience of MENTAL, the inaugural exhibition at Science Gallery Melbourne. Through activities, provocations and participatory experiences, students are immersed in a world curated in collaboration with artists, scientists, engineers and young people. They will explore interactive art/science exhibits focusing on the themes of connection, agency, empathy and polyphony of experience.
All interactive tours are delivered through a peer-to-peer model with Science Gallery Learning Facilitators – trained, passionate STEM university students – leading the learning experience.
Content warning: This exhibition contains some intense sensory experiences, confined spaces and lived experience of mental health.
