Seeking young people for our advisory council Sci Curious (deadline passed)

Are you a 15 to 25 year old who is passionate about art, science, design, technology, innovation or anything in between? Are you keen to meet other like-minded, self-confessed (and proud) nerds?!

We are now recruiting young, curious people to join the ranks of Sci Curious – our advisory group that help inform exhibitions, events, programs and contribute to all aspects of Science Gallery Melbourne.

We welcome all young people, and strongly encourage applications from First Peoples, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and people with disabilities.

  • be an active part of conversations on big ideas, artworks, events, exhibition ideas and more

  • engage on social media about Science Gallery Melbourne events and exhibitions that you attend, and contribute to our blog.

  • contribute to the shaping of Science Gallery Melbourne programs and voice

  • be a representative of your community

  • attend our exhibition openings and the other events we run throughout the year

How do Sci curious members describe Sci Curious in one word?

Illuminating, trans-disciplinary, hybrid, unified, diverse, collaborative, out-of-the-box, quirky, engaging, creative, innovative, transcendent, friendly.

If these words speak to you, apply to be part of Sci Curious!
