Celebrating Education Week: Embracing Inclusive Education and Empowering Learners
Education Week is here from Sunday May 14 to Saturday May 20, and we couldn't be more excited to invite you to join us in celebrating this annual event dedicated to education in Victoria.
Science Gallery Melbourne’s STEM Centre of Excellence is an initiative between the Victorian Government’s Tech School initiative and the University of Melbourne. We are delighted to highlight our unique partnership with the esteemed Victorian College for the Deaf. Together, we aim to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
This year's Education Week theme, 'Active Learners: Move, Make, Motivate,' resonates with the core values we hold dear. It underscores the significance of physical activity, hands-on learning, and amplifying student voices in the educational landscape. We believe that active learning is the key to unlocking the full potential of every student, and we remain committed to providing unwavering support on their educational journey.
To showcase our approach, we are thrilled to release a special video highlighting the power of collaboration and the transformative impact it has on the lives of students and teachers.
Let us unite to make a positive impact on education and collectively build a brighter future for all learners. Together, we can empower students to thrive and succeed. For more information on Education Week here. If you would like more information on our Learning Programs go here.
