Time bends and flavours transcend in this culinary odyssey presented by Science Gallery Melbourne for the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2025.
Set within our latest exhibition, SCI-FI Mythologies Transformed, this premium 3-course dining experience will blur the lines between Asian Fusion and Australian Native Ingredients in the ultimate Asian-Austral Feast.
Curated by an all-female team, led by Head Chef Debra Smith, and wines by indigenous winery Munda Wines, guests will be welcomed with a smoking ceremony before journeying to new futures and imaginary realms with a menu designed to inspect the interplay of science and culture.
Step into our otherworldly, exhibition dining space, where science fiction merges with ancient philosophies and spiritual traditions.
Surrounded by mesmerizing artworks that challenge perceptions of time and culture, you'll embark on a three-course adventure that mirrors the exhibition's exploration of parallel worlds and interdimensional travel.
The evening will culminate in a private exploration of the exhibition where guests will discover how each course has influenced their culinary journey.
