Thursday 12 October – Wednesday 1 November
BLOOD: Life Uncut is an exhibition that demonstrates the essential, expressive and visceral nature of blood. The exhibition at the Copeland Gallery in Peckham will be accompanied by a programme of performances and workshops in the Gallery and local area.
The exhibition will feature a range of international artists including Jordan Eagles, Katharine Dowson, Live Art Development Agency, Chris Milk and poet Sabrina Mahfouz. New collaborations between artists and scientists tackle issues which are often invisible, offering fresh perspectives on menstruation, Ebola, sickle cell anaemia, blood donation, forensics and blood typing.
