UN(COMFY)

How comfortable are you with discomfort?

Gender is confusing. What does it mean? What does it mean for you? For others? Where does it start, or end? When you question gender, you might find yourself in this weird space of confusion and uncertainty. It’s okay. You can find comfort in the discomfort. You can have no idea who you are and embrace yourself anyway. You can slip and slide between different ideas. Let yourself explore. Let yourself sit and cosy up in the unidentified unknown that is neither on a side or in between. Know you’re not alone in that experience. It might feel unsettling, but maybe it’s freeing that you’re allowed to exist in that un(comfy) space for as long as you need – forever even.

Does this space make you feel comfy or uncomfy?
